  New landlord who has been there about 6 months very nice chap great improvement on the old one . Just went for a meal which was a great improvement on before and ended up staying in the bar for the whole evening.

  We used this venue for the very first time after we had finished our shopping, we were very impressed by the excellent layout and friendly staff. We ordered our food from the menu, standard fish and Chips for me and hunters Chicken for my wife.
  The food was very well presented and piping hot when it arrived but unfortunately when I cut into the batter of the fish it was very rubbery.
  When this was pointed out to Tilly the restaurant staff she was fantastic and delt so professionally well with a delicate situation, I was then able to change my order and enjoyed a super meal; further more and totally unexpected, when I went to pay for our food and drink she refused to charge me for my meal.
  Well done to the Swans, totally recommended for your superb service and for your professional understanding on how to deal with a difficult situation. A special thanks to Tilly, you are a credit to the Swans.
